Dit jaar werd er door 3 verschillende adviseurs feedback gegeven op hun plannen, zijn ze realistisch en passen ze bij de ondernemer. Reflex coaching en advies was uitgenodigd om 8 studiegroepen te begeleiden. Eerst was er een opdracht richting de deelnemers om kritisch naar zichzelf te kijken. Wat zijn de talenten, de valkuilen en wat zijn de talenten die niet aanwezig zijn. Aan de hand van deze informatie zijn alle individuele plannen doorlopen. Opvallend is dat veel veehouders groeiplannen hebben, meer koeien en meer melk per koe, per ha en per arbeidskracht. Mijn vraag is dan waar ligt de grens.
