Groei plannen bij de melkveehouders
De afgelopen periode 8 studiegroepen van DMS advies meegemaakt. Ìnteressant hoe ondernemers in de melkveesector kijken naar de toekomst. Grote verschillen, maar de algemene trend is wel dat er forse groeiplannen zijn
Wat zijn de ontwikkelplannen bij melkveehouders?
Iedere 5 jaar worden de deelnemers van DMS studiegroepen uitgenodigd om hun plannen over 5 jaar te verwerken in een begroting. Dit jaar werd er door 3 verschillende adviseurs feedback gegeven op hun plannen, zijn ze realistisch en passen ze bij de ondernemer. Reflex coaching en advies was uitgenodigd om 8 studiegroepen te begeleiden. Eerst was er een opdracht richting de deelnemers om kritisch naar zichzelf te kijken. Wat zijn de talenten, de valkuilen en wat zijn de talenten die niet aanwezig zijn. Aan de hand van deze informatie zijn alle individuele plannen doorlopen. Opvallend is dat veel veehouders groeiplannen hebben, meer koeien en meer melk per koe, per ha en per arbeidskracht. Mijn vraag is dan waar ligt de grens.
Hoe produceer ik meer melk per koe, wat moet er dan veranderen, wat moet ik dan veranderen in mijn bedrijfsvoering?
Hoe ver kan een bedrijf gaan in bedrijfsintensivering, wat accepteert de maatschappij en welke randvoorwaarden komen er wat fosfaat en ammoniak betreft.
Hoe ver kan ik gaan in de meer melk per arbeidskracht? Is 1.000.000 kg melk per arbeidskracht reëel, blijft er dan nog tijd over voor ontspanning, of is werken de ontspanning.
De belangrijkste vraag blijft dan staan, past deze bedrijfsontwikkeling binnen de persoonlijkheid van de ondernemer. Is dat het geval dan is de kans op succes het grootst.
